Monday 25th April 2022 saw many of the countywide SPLWs meet together face-to-face for the first time in over two years!

The day was set in the Limehouse Yoga studios and included CPD elements for staff as well as some time for some relaxation tips and the opportunity to network with colleagues.

What is Social Prescribing Day?

The 3rd Social Prescribing Day on March 10th, 2022, is an event aiming to foster an attitudinal change, to shift the power to the people and local communities, to forge cross-sectoral collaboration, to promote co-design and co-creation, and to ensure social prescribing continues to grow as a grassroots movement.

Previous Social Prescribing Days have seen so much activity that this time around we will be celebrating social prescribing over a whole week, starting on the 4th March.
